Streaming movies from netflix causes coverage charges!!! Had service for over 6 months and last 2 monthes$ 30 -$ 50 in overages.
Because they now have data usage on Internet. WHAT??? Their explanation is because watching in HD or super HD which is part of netflix. Said its new billing which is why it just now showing on the bill.
Says using over 250gb. Really?? They will not stop the overages charges or refund them .... and to upgrade to a level higher which would 999gb and that cost 100 a month vs $50 I pay now.
Help!
Suggestions anyone? is this right?
Monetary Loss: $9999.

Some companies are doing this now. If you enjoy streaming, you need to go with a cable company that does not place limits on usage.
You obviously are streaming via a smartphone and not via a computer or Roku box.
Now you know. As for finding a company that does not limit your usage on cell phones, good luck.
