So I paid for HBO (w/HBO GO) 8 days ago. I have called every day since to get activation for HBO GO.

First I was told i twas 24 hours wait. Then it was my email/password had to be re-set. Then it was 72 hours wait. Then it was "There is a master ticket open for this".

Then it was "please call this # at HBO". Luckily i was smart enough to do that while I still had Mediacom on my cell and HBO practically laughed at me saying this is a Mediacom issue. Today the story is "don't feel bad, it's not just you". No one who bought the offering last week can use HBO GO.

We are working on it and we have no idea when it will be fixed. I have had HBO GO before. There were no issues.

But I can't get to it on any mobile device, PC or the TV itself. How hard can this be??

I didn't like: Changing stories to get rid of you no foll up no escal proc.
