Have internet,cable, and phone. None of these services work all day any day but the bills keep coming every month.

Media com has been working on this same problem since January 2014. Today July 11th Mark at media com called and set an appointment to come to my house to work on the problem and then didn't show up. So I contacted Media com to find out what happened. They had no record of an appointment for today.

They sure were sorry though. I have contemplated a lawsuit for false advertisement.

I am going to contact a lawyer this week. I REFUSE TO PAY FOR THIS *** SERVICE.

Product or Service Mentioned: Mediacom Internet Service.

Monetary Loss: $1600.
