MediaCom shut off today, for planned maintenance. At least 7 businesses along the highway were affected in the immediate area.

As were the diabled veteran across the street and numerous other individuals.

It seems to me if you have planned maintenance that you should have a way to notify your customers. This maintenance happens about every 3 months or so with no notification and no way for our business or anyone else's to prepare. If we knew, we would do our best to work around it, or have everyone work from home. You see not one person in the company lives where they have to have MediaCom because MediaCom is by far the worst cable company we've ever used.

In 20 years of being in business we've had to use: Cox Communications, Comcast and Verizon Fios. Everyone complains about those three, but until you've had to use MediaCom Cable in Delaware, you've got nothing to complain about.
