When I upgraded my cable a year ago I apparently got a sports channel and a movie channel for free for 3 months. After the 3 months it goes on the bill and I have to pay $7.95 a month for each unless I CALL AND CANCEL IT!

I never ordered it! Why should I have to cancel it. Check your bill each month to make sure you are getting what you ordered. Can anyone say FRAUD...

On another subject, I was without service for over 3 weeks because a "cable was broke under the road".

They told me they would adjust my bill accordingly. They didn't.

I called to question it and they told me they just wait for the customer to call AGAIN to change thier bill to reflect the outage. Unbelievable.

This person wrote the review because of "fraud" at Mediacom. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Mediacom to read this review and look into the issue (if any).

The most disappointing in user's experience was channels put on package without permission and no doing what they said they would do. Author liked the most tech and customer service. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.

It's not "fraud" it's just your lack of adequately verifying your monthly statements. You snooze, you lose.
