We had international calling which I was charged 19 something a month. we stopped it , but we were still getting the 250 minutes and we thought they didn't cancel it.

My fought I never looked at my bill closely and didn't catch the phone charges. I had called Mediacom and reported this and I was told the supervisor would check into this and I would receive a phone call back which I haven't. I called again tonight and the person that answer didn't understand or wasn't listening what I was explaining to her. I lost my phone service.

Thee other thing is Media com took 2 payments out of my account and made me over drawn on my account which makes me look bad with my account.

I never had so much problem like this and this really hurts especially since its the holidays. So I hope Mediacom is happy that they are making us have no Christmas or food on the table until January.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $153.

Preferred solution: re deposit back in my bank account.

I liked: Friendly technicians.

I didn't like: Issue was not resolved, Customer service sucks.
