Mediacom - Customer service sucks
The technician did not know what to do when I called to tell her about not having my wireless service not connected to internet. They need to get their heads out of their butts and train them better.

I hate mediacom
Pixilated screen again today. Phone number I have now goes goes straight to a survey (i trashed them with 0s on everything) but then it hangs up! Will try every # I can find and left bad message on Facebook too. Getting ready to cut them off.
Mediacom - Completely unreliable
My internet service is disrupted weekly, and that is completely unacceptable! Looking for nee provider and will definitely tell friends to steer clear.

Mediacom - Our experience sucked with this company!!!
Always lost phone and internet 4 or 5 times a day... All they would say is unplug it and plug it in... Who in there right mind should have to do that 4 or 5 times a day.. We had this company for 2 months and had more problems with them then we have had at other companies over the last decade.. And prowd to say today was our last day with them!!!
Most consumers are uneducated and have to rely on someone else to fix all of there problems .. they think if they plug in box. Box work good. Me like box. Why don't you try running an ap scan of your entire neighborhood and figure out what wi fi channel your neighbors...Read more
