My connection holds for about 10 minutes at a time and then drops...why???? I guess I have to use so many words to explain my complaint which makes me even more upset that I have to explain to mediacom why this company makes me so upset so in closing I just want to say hto ow upset I am with this service and if I have to say it over and over again that n I will not just due to the fact I upset with this company but upset with the people that make me type this *** over and over again!!
