Without question the worst product and service of any company I've every dealt with. Because the internet goes out almost daily, we're always on the phone waiting to speak with a rep.
After hours on hold we may get to schedule a tech to come out days later. They usually don't show up, and when they do, they frequently don't have the right parts to fix the issue.
It is absolutely criminal that we have to pay for this service because of their monopoly on the area. They should be truly ashamed of the their company.
