I have had service with Medicom for 6 years and never had an overage charge. We had two teenage boys that gamed all night and we streamed TV.

Never once, were we charged extra. This past month I get a bill for an extra $90 - 9 days throughout the month, I was charged an extra $10. How is this even possible!?!? It is only my husband and I.

We might stream TV for 2 hours a night and no more. There is NO WAY we are going over. I called and got the run around. They keep saying we using more than allowed with our plan.

This morning I get another notice on my laptop as I'm attempting to pay bills saying, again, I'm over. I haven't used the internet since 10 PM last night. I'm watching regular TV. How am I over?!?!

I'm not paying it and looking for another honest company. I would recommend NEVER getting service from this company.
