I 've had nothing but continual problems ranging from, no phone to intermittent service, no WI-FI, no internet. These problems happened over and over again.

Every time I contacted customer support, I had to re-explain the problems only to never have them solved. Techs at the house didn't solve them, Change of modem didn't solve them. The response from Mediacom agents was "I don't know". NOBODY knew anything.

I was willfully and purposefully disconnected from phone conversations by agents who didn't want to help. Finally, I got so fed up and disgusted with Mediacom I decided to change to another provider even though the internet speed was less.

What good is Mediacom if most of the time they don't provide the service. DO NOT USE MEDIACOM unless you enjoy abuse.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $2000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Customer service, Phone call support, Refuse to provide supervisors name and contact information, No one resolves the problem.
