DO NOT USE this company!I would look for any other cable provider or Satellite company.
When they put in my cable they used the old cable wires in my house and the signal was terrible. When they came out to put in new wires, they charged me $100 for a service call. When I finally terminated service with them, they charged me another $100 for a converter that I returned to the store.
Customer service was horrible and was no help.again, find another company because mediacom is bad, bad, bad, bad, bad and I would never use them again!
Monetary Loss: $200.
