We have been a Mediacom customer (phone, cable, internet and autopay) since 2007. We have been patient with Mediacom during system changes etc.

But, why are we paying $150 a month for bad audio, pixilated and fuzzy picture, frequent loss of phone and internet service. This is no way to grow your business. Friends have switched to less expensive alternatives. Does Mediacom think we are chumps?

We laugh at the Mediacom commercials touting better voice quality in audio that sounds like it is underwater.

Lets laugh at their commercials where a customer got to actually talk to a human and they actually resolved a problem.What a load of ***. False advertising.

I have called what seems like hundreds of times and talked to a person once.

They apologized and told me their was a problem. Yeah right, I already knew that.

You are not alone in your quest for justice against MediaCom and the scamming ways that they deal with their customers.

Evidently, MediaCom THINK they can't be touched, but they have another think coming...
