We have been a Mediacom customer (phone, cable, internet and autopay) since 2007. We have been patient with Mediacom during system changes etc.
But, why are we paying $150 a month for bad audio, pixilated and fuzzy picture, frequent loss of phone and internet service. This is no way to grow your business. Friends have switched to less expensive alternatives. Does Mediacom think we are chumps?
We laugh at the Mediacom commercials touting better voice quality in audio that sounds like it is underwater.
