In the process of reconnection of my neighbors cable on Nov.12 2012, they disconnected mine.

its as simple as dont disconnect my cable and they couldnt manage that much. On top of that they said it would be a week to fix it. Wow not only do i hate media com for their terrible customer service i cant even write this complaint at home i had to drive to my parents house for this. if your thinking of upgrading to direct tv i would highly reccomend it.

If something goes wrong with mediacom it takes forever to get someone out to your place. But i cant cancel my service because of early termination fees. They really have me by the short and curlies on this one. awful awful customer service.

honestly i hate media com now.i hope someone reads this and gets dish instead.
