I have had 7 outages in 8 days. Knocked me offline and cable all messed up.

I am in online classes and have went from a B to a C- due to assignments not in on time and being kicked from seminars. I call loyalty department n they can credit me $4???!!! I am utterly disgusted! I will be switching.

This is unacceptable! They are extremely expensive and undependable! I am about to fail my classes because they cant get it together and they want to credit me $4? Yea they can shove that!

The most disappointing about mediacom bundle at Mediacom was issue was not resolved, no one resolves the problem and no one resolves problem Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
