I have had 7 outages in 8 days. Knocked me offline and cable all messed up.
I am in online classes and have went from a B to a C- due to assignments not in on time and being kicked from seminars. I call loyalty department n they can credit me $4???!!! I am utterly disgusted! I will be switching.
This is unacceptable! They are extremely expensive and undependable! I am about to fail my classes because they cant get it together and they want to credit me $4? Yea they can shove that!
