I disconnected my services on the 8th of November. Which will take 7 days to process.
They tell me they don't have any calls from me on that day. But on my call history on my phone (proof), it shows I clearly called them, meanwhile I have no call to them or from them on the 15th (which they claim). My charges are disputable because of their own error. They told me that they will review the recorded call, still no rectifying "their" bill.
Clearly this is not the first time such a thing has happened due to the boatloads of complaints from dissatisfied customers and probably will not be the last if Mediacom will not hold someone accountable for misrepresentation of information.
I clearly told them to terminate my services on the 8th, that means the disconnection should have been on the 15th, not the 22nd. It's amazing that they are still operational with these false records!!!
