Not resolved

For the last week I have called Mediacom each day because I'm unable to open my email using a new password I selected. I was told the problem would be elevated to a Tier 2 tech on Thursday, it is now Saturday and I have heard nothing!

When I call they provide me with a temporary password which works one time, then when I go in to set up my own password I'm locked out! What kind of service is this? They are trying to tell me it's my computer, if that is the case why does it work when they "do their magic"? I am totally unhappy with Mediacom and don't know why they can't figure out and resolve this issue.

They certainly demand their money on time, why can't I get service?
