I returned a modem to the St Peter MN office. I didn't have the remote.

They kept the modem and told me to bring the remote in when I found it. I took the remote in and they said they have no record of me returning the equipment so they will not credit me back. They said I have to return equipment that I already returned. They told me they never would have told me that, and that I'm a liar.

They are going to continue to charge me for equipment they already have in their possession.

I called their customer service center and they said that they can't help me. I will continue to be charged for the equipment because I never returned it.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: stop charging me for equipment i already returned..

I didn't like: Paying for equipment i already returned, Poor customer service.
