They must think they are the only TV/internet provider in town. When i called to set up an appointment after moving into a new apartment.
They said it would take from seven to ten days for installation. So i called Dish network and they installed what i needed the very sameday. So i called Mediacom back and canceled the appointment with them. I also informed their customer service they just lost a faithful customer and there's no chance i'd ever deal with them ever again.
I can see waiting a day or even two. But a wait of seven to ten days is to long to wait for service calls
