We ordered extreme and were suppossed to save money but when the tech arrived he said we had to be rewired at a fee of $75.00 per room. It would have cost us $300.00 to save $60.00 for the new service!!!

Too add insult to injury when we cancelled and went back to what we originally had the bill went up from our normal charges. The CS rep my wife spoke with was not helpful and said there is no way they would know what wire we had when in fact they have records and see that we have been a customer for over 15 years.

This cable monopoly should be broken up just like the phone systems were and let the marketplace dictate rates. I will be investigating other sources to watch TV and drop this sorry service and lack of loyalty from this company.
