We lose the internet daily, sometimes more than once a day. This has been going on since April and it is now July.

I have called about this problem 5 times. Out of he past 4 calls, one service man came, made some changes and considered it fixed. It stayed on for 2 days and then we started having the same problem. That was the 2nd call I made.

No one showed up on the first, third and fourth calls. Of course, I had to wait nearly a week after calling to be on the list for service. It didn't matter anyway because we didn't get any. I called again last week for the 5th time and they have me scheduled for tomorrow, which will be 7 days since I called.

This is beyond bad service. It is NO SERVICE.
