Advertisement for existing customer promises a better rate. Trying to get is impossible.

The first guy told me for existing customer there is a different number. The second number was to an automated system that had nothing to do with the original advertisement. The choices had to do with payment and service connections. I thought dealing with Verizon was bad and then came frontier, but these people take the cake.

Very poor service, terrible customer relation and very unhelpful web site and contact people.

Ironically they keep stating that the call is recorded. Not sure why they do it since it does not seem to have been used for training their people.

Monetary Loss: $45.
