I have two previous complaints on this site. I wasn't sure how to add to those complaints, so here is a new one.

We are finally cancelling our phone and internet service with Mediacom. We are keeping the TV service because we really enjoy our Tivo. We can't have Tivo with satellite tv. That is the ONLY reason we are keeping one Mediacom service.

They even offered us a reduction of cost to stay with them, but I feel a taste of satisfaction by moving on.

So here's to you Mediacom! See ya, wouldn't want to be ya!

You should've gone with a satellite provider and used their DVR. Be rid of MediaCrap forever.
