This is been ongoing for many years I have to *** of work lately the last three or four months and then having to *** a day at work at least every two to four weeks. That is Wages I am losing just to have internet.
Then they tell me it's my modem we've gone down this road many times period Then I get a tech that knows what they're doing and they say it has to do with their settings. They reset and I go for several weeks with no problems then all of a sudden started again. And I am in a place where we don't have much of a choice for internet.
This is just getting ridiculous they charge you an arm and a leg for it and then it never works or they try and tell me it's my modem set up the last time they did that they ended up reimbursing me for the new one I bought. Just fixed the Internet is all I want and I don't want to ask you coming home and losing wages and time
