We have been with Mediacom for years but switched to Direct TV, boy what a difference. First they don't have all those add on fees, they charge for the boxes but not the access like Mediacom does, a $30 savings, If you bundle your internet & phone you save even more.

The Tech that installed it knew what he was doing, unlike all the times we had mediacom out. In one year we had to have 8 DRVs because they kept going bad. Found out they just clean up the ones returned from canceled customer, no wonder they are ***. Got a brand new DRV from Direct TV.

The picture is so much better and the total cost is less than Mediacom.

The have called Direct TV customer service and have never been been placed in automated *** or on hold, did a hour hold once with Mediacom. Cut the cord and move in to the 21st century.
