Mediacom has horrible service and even worse customer service. They have been charging us for HD for years and knew that we were getting HD due to old wiring.

The technician told us there was no way we were getting hd because our wiring was so old, but that didnt stop mediacom from charging us for hd. Another thing they have been charging us for a router when we told them that we were going to use our own router when they hooked up services over 3 years ago, so for three years they charged us for something they knew we didnt have. When confronted they said they would only go back a year. We have yet to see the refund.

Since getting all new equipment there has been one problem after another and they are giving us the run around horrible customer service.

Customer service reps really dont give a crap whether or not the issue gets resolved at all. Horrible business ethics.
