On hold for 55 minutes no help from customer service, had techs out at my house to troubleshoot wifi and was told it doesn't work due to the walls in my house would have to purchase over 100 dollars worth of special cable and rent another WiFi box from them to possibly make it work. POSSIBLY??!!!
Wth. seriously don't waste your time. their internet sucks and with their cable unless you pay for a box you have NO clue what channel is what and its an extra 3 bucks. Nickle and dime ya all the way.
worst company I've ever used.
