We've been having issues with our internet since we had it installed. We don't get the speeds we pay for and the internet goes out at least twice a week.
We don't have cable so our internet is our source of after-work entertainment. We've had repairmen out to the house twice and the problem still persists. Dealing with the cilustomer service people is like pulling teeth. I was told almost 2 weeks ago that a local representative would contact me via phone, but alas no one has called.
I can't cancel my service because they'll charge me a $240 fee for early cancellation. I just want my internet to be reliable and not go out every other day.
This company is a scam. Would not recommend.
