Nowhere near fair. Their service is terrible.

We had to have our cable box replaced twice within the first 3 months. Our internet kicks out daily, and when calling tech support about the issue, they simply say to unplug and plug the modem back in which does not help at all. They then say they cannot access my account to provide further service or credit my account.There is no reason that service should kick out daily when I pay this price for internet.

I have never had problems like this with any other service provider! I definitely will never recommend this company to anyone.
