Tried to log into Mediacom. The password wasn't accepted.
Tried a couple times assuming I made a typing error. Then tried to reset the password -- user id not recognized. Once on the phone with "customer support", Mediacom offered to send an email to the account we can't access with instructions on how to reset the password. Again on the phone with "customer support" they provided us a new password.
That didn't work either.
"Customer support" then explained that they would fill out paperwork to have our account unlocked (we mistakenly tried multiple times to access our account) and we should try again tomorrow. Garbage.
