Wifi has been going in and out for three days; TV reception totally unreliable -- unable to watch Ryder cup and now the Vikings game as it goes in and out every few minutes--now more out than on! What a major hassle!!

Turned the cable box on and off, etc. No change!

Why don't they tell you what the problem is?? Who works on this stuff to make it better???!! Service call set up for internet but can't get here for days and days.

I don't understand how they can get away with it. We never get a reimbursement for the hours of outage.
