Called multiple times for repairs, never a resolution and always a reason they can't get it working. If you want to burn all your paid time off waiting on a repairman, get mediacom as your internet and phone service provider.
Made at least 4 appt and 3-4 attempts to repair using their telephone troubleshooting assistance (had to use cell phone). Leading up to complete home phone and Internet service failure, had 6 to 8 months of extremely slow or intermittent service. Seems to no tracking of how many times you've had issues. Each new service calls seems to be the first time they believe your having issues.
Even after repeatedly explaining issue its takes an act of congress to get a repairman.
Pay close attention to your bill once a repairmen leaves as well, you may see a charge whether that was ever discussed or not.
