I have to reset the modem and router (mine) at least once a day. Sometime it all works fine (but still not the speed I am paying for) at other it get real slow and then nothing; only option is to reset it all.
Called for service and they come out, although they will try and schedule you out 30 days or more, I can usually get a tech to come out sooner. Have a running e-mail conversation with their Southern Tech Group but there’re clueless. Asking for a credit for the entire season and an executive to call. No other options for service at this location.
BTW, techs that do come out can only do so much with an inherently bad network. They change out the modem and I end up with the same problem a few hours later.
