We have had internet for more than a year and it hasn't stayed online for more than 5 days running;its usually goes out 2-3 times a day. Replaced modem twice,had techs out 3 times and problem seems to be all them.
As you can imagine ,they wont give us a straight answer nor would they let me register a complaint;even after asking for higher and higher manager.Also got the bait and switch on digital cable..package was not what person on phone told us...even tech said it was a joke. How can a company get away with such poor service?
