I have had Mediacom for 2 long months. I have had 4 service calls and hours on the phone for to get the basic service.
I have internet issues, phone issues and tv issues. Each time I spend 45min to an hour on the phone to get it resolved. So the savings is really not there.
And today it is out AGAIN!!!!!!!! the only option is a service call FRIDAY!
I would tell anyone thinking about Mediacom not to do it.
If they can not provide basic service think about getting out of this business. Put a antenna up and use a cell phone.
This person wrote the review because of bad quality at Mediacom. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Mediacom to read this review and look into the issue (if any).
