I have had a chronic problem with Mediacom for YEARS! I have everything bundled and when Internet or Phone goes down, I cannot contact Mediacom to report the problem.

When it eventually it does come back on, Mediacom denies there was ever a problem. If I go to a neighbor to report the outage, they refuse to acknowledge me because I am not calling from my home phone, which THEY shut down. Whenever, we have cold or stormy weather, the cable channels go down for 15 seconds and then come back on for 5 or 10 seconds. All the channels do this, all day long.

When I report the problem, they schedule a serviceman, who NEVER shows up. Mediacom is a large impersonal monopoly and they don't give a *** about anything except their unbridled greed.

We need a strong advocate for Mediacom users.
