They came to my house on Tuesday and did not hook up one room I asked them to. When I called to complain I was told they could not come out till Thursday.
The person I spoke with on Wednesday I was BLAIMED and told if I would have told them the right place to install it would be ok. When I told them about their ad on tv Iwas told that is only in certain areas and mine was not one and they could not and would not send someone today.
I was told on Tuesday night when I called the nice lady I spoke with informed me that she would have here supervisor get someone out on Wednesday which did not happen nor did I get a call saying this would not happen. Again I was blamed for the whole problem by a supervisor
