I am trying to help my mother after my father died in March of 2017. We tried to changed service without any result because the account was not her account.

Mom was tricked into phone service, extended TV, and Webservice. The cost was over $ 150 per month. I tried to help and lower the cost and return equipment. So we terminate the service and now they claim contract and can not do anything to help.

Moved Mom into a senior center and now she is getting calls from bill collector at all hours. I returned all equipment with per instruction and stopped the auto payment.

Still waiting for the final bill. This is wrong and I just want to resolve it.

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Treatment for senior.
