I have been dealing with the same issue for the past six month. For the past 13 days my tv service with media com goes out at the same time everyday.
Between the hours of 1-8pm. They give me a credit for this but I want it fixed. I have been told since July 6 a technician will be out and they never show. I am not allowed to speak to a technician supervisor until media com escalates my problem.
I was told July 15 they will be out...ooops the technician didn't receive the info so they'll be out on Monday July 18. They didn't show, but first thing tomorrow and here it is tomorrow and no show. Who can I complain to that will care. I should be receiving a total credit this month considering I work 6pm to 6:45am and when I do wake up around 1pm I have no tv as far as I'm concerned.
They just keep giving me the run around. Who in this company called media com does care!!!!!??????
