Got a loyalty upgrade letter for cable and phone. Since it was the same price as my current internet price i figured why not.

Called mediacom to set it up but told them i wasnt interested in tivo and i would like to keep my own modem. The customer service person tells me no problem. A week goes past and a contracted tech comes out and tells me i have wrong modem. Set up another appointment a week later the tech says he called and know one answered.

Still have no cable and customer service just keeps saying sorry horrible horrible service!

Now i know why i became a cord cutter. 2 days missed from work amd no service thanks mediacom you suck!!!!!!!!
