Mediacom - Worst service company in existence

Cable and wifi repeatedly go out at least twice a week. They have always said it is maintenance to fix these issues but it has been this way ever since I have been a customer. Mediacom does not care at all about its consumers.

Mediacom - Worst cable company available.

Daily basis, tivo box network is lost. Internet cuts in and out. Recorded shows dont record half the time and when it does, its in pieces with some missing. Have had many techs come out to solve the problem for a day or two, to only go back to messing up again!!!
