Have been waiting over 4 months to get the line buried. Every time I call they change the story.

First they'd be out that day. Then they'd be out in the next 2 weeks. Then withing the next 30 days now its til June 15. If I'm a couple days late on payment they shut me off but they can take their sweet time to dig a hole in my yard.

Sick of the ***. sadly there are no other providers in my area

Interesting... we have had the same run around!

Understand the line can't be buried when there is snow on the ground, but it is end of May - we signed up in February. My husband just called me to say he heard back from Mediacom and the line would be buried... June 15!

Snotty service today.

Some are more sympathetic & some snotty.

Our yard was marked up last week with paint & flags.

My husband has been mowing around the wire across our yard & now the markings! He was told if he mowed across the markings, it would set us back further on the schedule so meanwhile our yard looks terrible.

Not happy!
