I keep hoping for another provider, anything at all other than Mediacom. This has to be the worst company in existence.

Cable goes out as usual and they promise to send someone between 5 and 7 last night. No one shows, no one calls. I call back and the only answer I can get is they guess the technician decided to go home. So they set me up an appointment 5 days later.

I have spoken to the BBB regarding Mediacom and they just laughed. This company needs to be out of business totally.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss bad quality of mediacom cable service. Mediacom needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
