It is drizzling rain outside AND guess what??? MY MEDIACOM cable is out AGAIN!
I switched from Direct TV because of this issue and now it's happening AGAIN! The thieves have ZERO problems with "resetting" my receiver & scheduling a "service call" which leads to them replacing their faulty receiver with a "NEW" receiver only for it NOT to work!!! At the same time THEY bill me $230/mo.
And I still don't have cable TV! "One moment please" translates into NEVER!
