I did not get the feeling that we "myself and John" were communicating. The chat-room people are obviously there to just blow smoke and do not listen very well.
I have, over the last 3 years, had to make a number of help related inquiries and sometimes the fix works and sometimes it does not. This time I just wanted to have a tech specialist come out and look for themselves, but I could not get an answer about that.
I am very close to terminating Mediacom as a provider...and notice I didn't use the term "service".
Product or Service Mentioned: Mediacom Technical Support.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Preferred solution: Just send a Tech out with an updated DVR and updated Modem and get my current services running reliably...that is all I ask..
