Talked to one rep a week ago about my internet and tv notifying them I will my bill in full the following Friday due to family emergency and was unable to make a payment at the time.... I was told no worries ur service will be active till the following Saturday....
it's 2 days after I made that call and now I have no service. When I called them back all I was told was sorry we can't do anything about it over and over. There was a reason why I dropped mediacom a fees back I have no idea why I came back! The business is a joke!
Customer service a joke! Way to go mediacom......again!
