I have had the worst experience with Mediacom. The guy came to add a phone line and ended up damaging property and put the line on the wrong floor and left without saying anything.

Then we call to cancel just the phone line and they cancel the wifi so now we will be canceling it all. I NEVER WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH MEDIACOM EVER! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY AND WE WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION!

MEDIACOM IS JUST THE WORST COMPANY EVER.

THEY HAVE HORRIBLE PEOPLE WORKING FOR THEM PEOPLE THAT WILL DAMAGE YOUR PROPERTY! DO NOT GET MEDIACOM
