This is my second time on this web-site re: Mediacom. After so many problems with Mediacom, this is just the latest.

There were daily problems and last week they discovered that on our street a cable wire was broken in the line. So they put some new cable in. After waiting for 10 days for a tech to show up, this is what he had to tell us. So now, everything was going to be just great.

The next day,our TV went out again. I'm so glad they fixed things.

Why is there no competition for this cable company? I like the benefits that come with having cable,but with Mediacom, the benefits are few and far between.
