Mediacom came to our house because the technical support over the phone could not see the modem. They sent out a tech and now I was billed because he closed the tickey as "customer tamper" What the ***.

The internet came back up in the morning and I told him I didnt need him to come out and he said our signal was low, so he came. After explaining what needed to be done to increase our speeds, he left. NOT once stating that we tampered with it.

I call today to see why I was billed and the poor lady who answered had to tell me. GROW SOME BALLS.
