They pay just above minimum wage & promise commission if you can make your daily goal of 3 sales per day. If not,its taken away.
Mandatory overtime every week because they're too cheap to hire more people. The service technicians are always late because they're overbooked. 2-3 week wait for a service call in most areas? Total BS.
The billing is messed up and there are charges no one can understand. Its overpriced ***.Its the worst company I've ever worked for. Get away from them as soon as you can.
The customers that call in mad are horrible to speak with, and I don't blame them. The CEO apparently doesn't care, as long as the money flows in so he can keep his $3 million house.
